Beautiful and charming SUPERIOR 112 m² (1206 square ft.) duplex/triplex apartment with its very own roof terrace and balcony to rent in an exclusive area of Barranco, Lima, Peru - located just on the paralell street of the Pacific Ocean's promenade and just a few blocks away from the well known "Parque de Barranco" (Barranco's Park) and "Puente de los suspiros" (Bridge of the whispers – watch and hear the parrots and other birds living in the trees there). Very nice and safe neighborhood with plenty of green and opportunities to go for a walk or eat in one of the nice restaurants close by which range from decently priced for great food to pure luxury dining experiences. Especially the freshly served seafood is highly recommended.

Barranco is considered to be one of the nicest, safest and touristic areas of Lima. Tourists love it for its architecture, history, art and culture. Many peruvian and famous international celebrities come from this area like writers, filmmakers and painters. The apartment is fully furnished with a lot of thought put into the interior and includes everything you need for your stay such as: linens, towels, completely equipped kitchen etc.

Apartment Overview

The apartment entrance is on the 3rd floor (4th floor using the peruvian way of counting stories) and looks the following:

3rd floor:

Dining and living room area
Kitchen with coffee maker, stove, microwave, refrigerator, etc.
Bathroom with marble sink

4th floor:

1 Bedroom with 1 double bed
1 Entertainment area with cable TV, stereo and working place. Room is big enough to put one more double bed or 1 to 2 sofa/single beds.
1 full bathroom also with marble

5th floor:

From the 4th floor a spiral staircase leads to the 5th floor, where you can enjoy your very own private roof terrace! There is plenty of space to relax here and it also features a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean!!!

Minimum stay: 1 week.

Apartment has space for up to 4 people.
Price: USD $ 350/week for up to three guests. $ 5.00 for extra guest/night

A security deposit of $150 US is necessary which is fully refundable to the guest upon returning the keys on checkout day.

Taxi Service from and to airport available for $22 for the first 3 persons/one way. 3+ on request. Affordable maid service on request.

Rates include Taxes, all Utilities, Cable TV and Final Cleaning, etc. - no hidden fees or surprises!

For stays with a duration of more than 2 weeks rates are negotiable.
